| TURIN, Italy (AP) -- Spanish rider Igor Astarloa beat Italy's Franco Pelizotti, Mirko Celestino and Alessandro Ballan in a four-way sprint Saturday to win the Milan-to-Turin cycling race. Astarloa completed the 123.3-mile race in 4 hours, 33 minutes, 35 seconds. German veteran sprinter, Erik Zabel, edged Stefano Garzelli of Italy for fifth place, 7 seconds behind Astarloa. The race in northern Italy was a warmup for the Pro Tour events Tirreno-Adriatico and Milan-San Remo scheduled later this month.
