"Fizi:k is a natural extension for us", explained Robert Wallar, BikeMine President. "Our reps have done a great job with the Selle Royal and Lookin lines over the last two years. Adding Fizi:k extends their access from what has been a mostly recreational and mid-range saddle program to include high-end products that address the needs of serious racers."
Fizi:k saddles are made by Selle Royal in their Pozzoleone, Italy plant alongside their Selle Royal and Lookin brands. Selle Royal opted to give BikeMine the exclusive distribution rights in the U.S. in order to afford the brand deeper penetration among U.S. retailers and to help Selle Royal enhance their overall branding effort in the U.S.
Selle Royal's designs and technologies are miles ahead of the rest of the saddle industry, said Wallar. "Our retailers who bought Selle Royal and Lookin from us in the last two years have seen that. Centralizing dealers access to all of Selle Royal's saddle brands- Selle Royal, Lookin and now fizi:k- makes it easier for us to highlight the quality message while meeting their need for a complete range of saddles."
