| 01/23/2002 | Cannondale's first-ever recumbent, the Easy Rider, has just won the Editor’s Choice Award for "Best CLWB" model by Recumbent Cyclist News magazine. (For those not yet in the know, CLWB is a particular class of recumbents. The initials refer to the bike’s geometry: Compact Long Wheel Base).
In particular, the folks at RCN liked their "excellent" front and rear suspension systems, and the bike’s craftsmanship – they say it has "the finest finish quality we’ve seen on a recumbent." They also state flatly that the Easy Rider is "the finest CLWB we’ve ridden." Look for a complete road test of the Easy Rider in RCN issue #69.www.cannondale.com
