| 04/05/2002 | Haro Bicycle Corp. and Norco Products Ltd. announced today that they have signed an exclusive Canadian distribution agreement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under terms of the agreement Norco will be the exclusive distributor of the 2003 Haro product line throughout Canada. Norco will also be responsible for sales and customer service.
Prior to this agreement, Haro was distributed in Canada by Genesis Cycles. "Wešve been successful in growing the Haro brand worldwide by working with professional, top-notch distributors, such as Genesis Cycles, and now, Norco," said Jim Ford, President of Haro Bicycle Corp. "We are impressed with Norco's team and believe that, through them, we can better provide our Canadian customers the support they need to grow with us."
