| 10/16/2002 | Pacific Cycle signed a multi-year agreement with Epple Zwetrad to distribute GT bicycles in Germany. Epple has manufactured and distributed trekking bikes for more than 70 years in Germany. The company has warehouses in Memmingen and Bayreuth and more than 120 employees to serve its 3,800 German dealers.
