Control Tech has been quietly manufacturing mountain bike frames that have been resold under other brand names for several years. Now with the release of the Accelerator, they will be adding a BMX frame into its family of high performance bicycle components.

The Frame is handcrafted with 6061-T6 aluminum. It features a machined chainstay yoke for added strength and machined dropouts with integrated chain tensioners for on-the-fly adjustments. It is avaliable in two sizes, the Pro and XL. Frame weight for the Accelerator XL is respectable 4.14 lbs. The retail price for it is $425 including a seatpost.
