Weighing 1270 grams / set, the Elan is the lightest 700c clincher wheel in the ‘lightweight / climbing’ category and lighter than most carbon tubular wheels. The wheelset uses 20, stainless steel, butted spokes in the front wheel and 24 in the rear.
