| 04/19/2001 | Race Face Giving Away $10k for 60 Seconds of Your Time
They say everyone's entitled to fifteen minutes of fame.
Race Face will give you a minute to earn a Race Face sponsorhip contract.
With that contract comes international exposure, all the free swag you could
ever want and $10,000 in cold hard American cash!
So here's what you've got to do. Send Race Face a homegrown riding video
showcasing your freeriding skills. Shoot it on your Dad's handicam or an
old 16mm Arriflex. Heck, shoot it with an IMAX camera if you think that'll
separate you from the competition. Edit all your footage down to a 60 second
piece and send it in for judging.
We're going to take the top 16 entries and post them online. The videos
will compete in head to head battles with our online community picking the
winners. Those winners will advance until we are left with two finalists.
While the online voting continues, the two lucky finalists will be flown
down to Las Vegas, Nevada. On October 3rd, the votes will be tallied and
amidst a flurry of media attention, we'll crown the first ever ULTIMATE
FREERIDE CHAMPION!!
