S520 and me

I have my 520 since November of 2004 and have used it for cycling and mostly running for the last 2 years. It has served me well, except for the water issue that it developed during a run in the rain. Polar Canada warranty contact was none existant, a caution of service from that foreign country Quebec. I have gone through the American site and received an answer back within 48 hours.
I hate to be without it for the time that it will take to repair it, but such is life.

The software is better than the watch

Definitely disappointing; Tons of features + killer training software + horrible accuracy = 2 stars; I have found some serious discrepancies between what the watch displays & what it records. First of all the 520 only records every minute, I can look at the latest workout and see a maxHR of 188 but after transferring to the computer it is 168!!! Junk! My friend just got the 720 which records every 5sec, Ill see if he likes it before considering an upgrade but Im also eyeing the German tool team postal uses Ciclosport
