Of course this is cheap and heavy. It is also durable and functions very well!
This is a favorite purchase for many hobby projects because it contains a 13t top ring and a lot of very useful spacers.
However, I rode around on this (intact) for about a month and was so surprised that it works so well.
Caveat:
This is a cyclocross weight product and will not assist a road bike on hills because road bikes climb through light weight (especially light wheels) and not via gearing (especially not really heavy gears). Although the 13, 24, and 28 contained herein are very useful individually on the road bike. You can stuff the 13 on the top (of a race cassette) and either the 24 or 28 on the bottom, for quite an improvement (makes a 13-28 tour or 13-24 race).

For cyclocross and mountain biking, this cassette functions at a high level. Not compatible with SRAM mountain rear derailleurs (Use 11-28 instead).
Works fine with Shimano rear derailleurs.
