OK for the Price

I have three of these, different bikes obviously. OK at this price point the little give you receive when you hit a rut / rock is appreciated, but hardly an indispensible accessory. This is more of a violent shock absorder than any kind of suspension. Kinda heavy too for a seat post. Still for $20 its fairly cool.

I bought this for a roadbike i found in the trash. I didnt want to spend a whole lot. I am glad i chose Nashbar, great spring to it, not an extreme shock but it works for a roadbike. I recommend this to anyone who gets a sore lower back after riding for some time.
