I was so happy with these bags for the initial 3 weeks that I owned them. I rode to work and back every day. One day I had to take a lot of stuff home with me. I filled them with about 10 lbs each. They ripped right off the sides of my rack when I hit a bump. The cheap alluminum rivets just pulled right out of the plastic backing. There is no information on the page about max weight allowance and nothing on the packaging either. Why get the largest waterproof bags if you cant fill them up? I am stationed in Japan so its too much trouble for me to send them back so Ill find a way to repair them and strengthen them up instead. If you buy these bags, dont hit too many bumps.
