A decent bag...     On: 2007-12-07

This is a decent bag....What I dont like about it is that the bottom wont stay flat and more importantly, its hard to strap onto my rack on my Greenspeed GT5 Trike. I had to put a bungee cord around it to keep it from rocking side-to-side. It may indeed work better for others than it has for me, so far.

Great Bag

Just the ticket for hauling along the essential extras: tools, spare tube, gloves, even a jacket. Well built, easy install, stays in place, maintains its shape.
Doesn't strap onto rack securely
by: Anonymous    On: 2007-01-05

I got this rack bag to replace another I had which had gotten holes in it after years of use. My previous bag had thick horizontal straps which held the bag securely to my rack, but this bag just had two skinny little vertical straps which didnt hold the bag to my rack without use of a bungy cord (not provided). I sent this product back but the seller stiffed me on a refund. Though I had just used it once, they would only give me half of what I paid for it. I found another bag I had around the house (not a rack bag) that I now put on my rack using bungy cords. If I have to use bungy cords to hold a bag on, I rather have a larger bag than this one which was supposedly made for bike racks.

Excellent Pack     On: 2006-11-05

Ive been using the pack now for about three months. I purchased it for my bicycle ride to and from work every day. This is the second such pack I have used (with side panniers). The first pack was a Sunlite but had small water proof zippers that fouled and stopped working after about a year. During the second year all three of the zippered pockets stopped working and the pack was worthless. This pack has large heavy duty zippers that I have full comfidence in working for years. Each zipper is covered with a substantial flap so some water proofing is still there which is important to me living in the Pacific Northwest (50+ inches/year where I live). Im very pleased with the pack. The only suggestion I would have would be to add reflective tape to the side of the side pockets for night use.
Pannier Rack Bag     On: 2006-07-14

This pannier rack bag is great. It expands in width so it is bigger than it appears. The side pockets even drop down almost like saddle bags if need be. If I had any complaints, it would simply be that I wish that it was just a little bit cheaper!
Compact and versitile     On: 2005-09-07

This is a good quality item. I use it every day on my bike. It has a small compartment for keys, etc., a mesh section under the zippered lid, a bungie cord on top of the lid and 2 small fold-away paniers on the side. I can get 1 shopping bags worth of groceries from the supermarket into the 3 sections (main and 2 sides). Its very useful and non-cumbersome and when the sides are folded in, its the same size as the rack it sits on. Great product!
