I ride once a week, mosttly up and down hill. i had other pair of road shoes which cost me 3 times the price of the forte CR200. This is a great shoe for the price. I love it. I do not think you can do better for this price. I have SPD cleats mounted on it, how ever i have to mentioned i liked the LOOK cleats much better. I will change the cleats once i change the pedals to a LOOK system.
