Good, but 1 gotcha     On: 2008-07-15

Ive been using this for over a year, and overall am happy with it. One problem I need to warn about though, is that the unit is susceptible to sliding out of the holder while in use. You need to push on the center button to switch through "lap" settings, and if you dont push firmly, the lap doesnt start/stop. So if you push firmly without holding on to the bracket the computer is on, it will go flying off the front. Thats happened to me a number of times now, while Im trying to clock my time. Once you get into the habit of pressing the buttons while you secure the display with your thumb under the bracket, youre ok.
Lots of bang for 80 bucks     On: 2008-01-19

Very nice product. Everything works as advertised, including the well-documented spikes in maximum heartrate--the filtering function works sporadically. Still, this is everything you could want--unless you REALLY want an altimeter. I dont find the wire for the cadence monitor too irritating, but I used an extra 5 zip-ties to keep it out of the way of everything. I LOVE this product.
Good purchase     On: 2007-03-11

This is my second Blackburn Delphi 5.0 Bicycle Cyclometer. I liked so much the first one which I purchased in summer 2006 that I got a second one. So far it has been easy to install, to use, and has been reliable. My only critique would be that the part that goes on the spoke could be improved, so that it would be more solid.

Nice cyclometer     On: 2007-02-13

The Delphi 5.0 is an excellent overall cyclocomputer. I found that the heart rate monitor functions more reliably that the Polar that I replaced, and the cadence function is a nice addition (although the cord to the cadence sensor takes some pursuasion to string it to its destination on the chain stay). The indicator is VERY easy to read, and has plenty of functionality. Ive used mine for about a year and have been quite pleased.
Great Gift     On: 2006-08-07

I actually bought this for my husband. He loves it, it has a lot of great features. The only thing that we found was that you had to really wet the device in order to get it to read the heartrate.
