I bought the trail-a-bike used and it didnt have a hitch, so I ordered one. It is totally awesome!! Now I can go out for a ride with my two older kids and bring my 3year old with me and we can keep up! The hitch doesnt slide at all and is very movable sideways and up and down for turns and bumps.
