Ive been using these for 6 months now. The number of flat tires has been reduced dramatically. They have practically no weight and were easy to install. I just waited until I had another flat and inserted these during the repair. I ride daily for about 1 1/2 hours in an urban setting. I was getting one flat tire a week. It has dropped to one every few months.
