First off... I thought I was buying only one bag, but when I received the package there were two.
I havent used them much yet but I can tell by the way the bags are constructed that they will serve my purpose well. They mount easily to my bike and have plenty of space for my daily, 20 mile, commute.
They came with a small bag of extra clips, locks. Speaking of clips, these are metal and appear to be very sturdy. They come off the bike quickly and with little effort. The bags took longer to get to me than I expected, but I dont think that was the fault of the seller. I bought them a couple of days before Christmas and there was a lot of bad weather in the Midwest etc.
Anyway, Niagara Cycle Works did a great job in providing a better product than what I was expecting.

These panniers are great. I commute 20 miles round trip everyday for work and these bags have made my trip so much easier. I can fit my lunch and change of clothes as well as my weather gear and I have room to spare. The bags came from Niagara Cycle works and I recieved them 3 days early. These guys were great, I recommend Niagara Cycle works. They get an A++++ On: 2007-11-21

I actually returned these since they werent as large as I had expected. That said, I kind of regret it now. They were not that big but really not small either. You could fit your laptop and maybe a light change of clothes--stress light--in one and a small backpacks worth of stuff in the other. If you want to put groceries or anything rather large in them its a no go. Theyre only 6" deep and not ideal for bringing a lunch pail. They are very well built and rugged looking and latch on well to my Topeak heavy duty rack. I would agree with the other review and state that they would be perfect for a light commuter. In that sense, the small size is very nice. On: 2007-10-05

I have used the bags for over a year for bicycle commuting to work and they provide ample space to haul a laptop computer on one side, and work-clothes, etc on the other side. There are 2 clamps on each bag for the rear rack, plus a swivel lock on the underside of the bag to hold them tight onto the rack. There is also a hook with an elastic cord on the bottom for each bag. Ive ridden over 1,000 miles with the bags and they have not fallen off or come loose. The elastic cords on the top of the bags are useful to hold additional odd shaped items. The bags are water resistant, but if its raining, some water may leak in from the bottom, so its best to store a laptop computer in a plastic bag. On: 2007-08-19
