Not a good design for jogging. It only has the one strap so it does not stay on your back. I waited too long to return it. Got a camel back system and like it much better.

I carry a water bottle with me almost everywhere I go. Although I like the fact that this carrier is black/grey with no hideous colors and it has a sizable pocket, I found it to be bulky and awkward to carry and to drink from. The strap is attached to one side as opposed to both sides. It looks good, but its not functional.
