Great for snow!

I use one of these on the front of my bike in the winter for plowing through snow. I cant fit the 2.70" on the rear, but the FR 2.30" model of these tires is an almost identical tread pattern.

The width and large spacing between lugs makes these a good tire for the snow. Not so hot on ice though.

I havent had any flats yet, and they seem to handle 65psi just fine. It is nice to have such a big tire when riding over obstacles.

Not Kevlar

I bought the 2.35 inch model of these tires and I like them... BUT, they are not Kevlar. The DH model has a wire bead, not Kevlar, according to Slimes site and the package I received say nothing about Kevlar.
