Great Video for cycling workouts

Great Video! I have the entire set of fourteen videos and use them for daily cycling workouts. There are so many scenic rides youll never get bored again! Its obvious why so many people visit southern California.

FABULOUS Visual Rides around So. CAL!

Ive lived around Southern CAL but some of the places in the video Id never seen before like the ride through the Los Angeles Crest section.

I love indoor and outdoor cycling and this is a really good dvd and great compliment when you can not ride outside. The "forward-motion" views keep you pushing ahead in your workout. I ended up getting all the dvds and use them daily and its the best investment Ive made other than my stationary bike. There are so many varied scenic rides that I dont get bored. I also appreciate the lack of distracting commentary, other cyclists on the screen and graphics that sometimes pop up in similar DVDs. It was fun to cycle through Rodeo Drive and not spend a dime! Keep the rides coming Bike-O-Vision!

I love cycling and I think this is a really good dvd and a great compliment to indoor cycling when you cant ride outside or for spinning workouts.
