Cute, well priced just a tad clunky

For the price this is absolutely excellent and really cute. Seems a tad clunky but doesnt bother my son at all - he just loves it has a dog. Great deal - cant be beat!

Does the job.

My son is just one year old, however, we wanted to start him out from the first that when we ride bikes, trikes, etc. on the sidewalk we wear helmets. The adjustable straps keep this helmet firmly on his nugget, even though its a little big, and the extra foam pieces are nice to help customize the fit.

This is not a fancy helmet, but hes not Lance Armstrong (yet).

This helmet was definitely worth the price. Fits my toddlers head great and has all the safety features of the other ones that I looked at for 1/2 the price.

Runs big. No adjustment. Cheap construction.

I had bought this for our 15 month old but instead our 3 year old wears it! It runs quite large, very cheap construction compared to a Giro we bought for our older daughter (which adjusts to head size via a "Headlock" mechanism) but I guess you get what you pay for.....

Save Your Money

I would not recommend this helmet. My 14 month old pitched a fit each time we tried to put it on. This helmet is bulky and does not secure snuggly. We purchased an adjustable helmet from a local bike shop ($35) that was much lighter and fit snuggly--it also had air vents to allow his head to stay cool. I wish I would have saved the money from the red dog helmet and applied it to the second helmet.

Helmet gone Headless

Very good other than the fact that the toddler has not yet taken a liking to anything on his head!
