Great workstand. Very easy to use. Just set the stand to the height you want and lift the bike on it. I have other stands and this one is by far the easiest one to use. All of my bikes have cables that run on top or under the top tube of the frame. This stand was the only one I found that dident smash the cables into the frame when being clamped.

Topeak PrepStand a poor design

I was very excited to receive my new Topeak PrepStand only to hear pieces of it rattling around in the box. Then learned I had to assemble its many parts with metric allen wrenches that were not supplied. It is overly complex with a bad design that allows the frame saddle to slip out when turned at an angle, which lets your precious bike slip out and fall to the floor.......No thanks. I returned it and purchased an "Ultimate Support" repair stand.....simple and strong. I give the Topeak PrepStand an "F"
