6-bike parking rack

First of all the box arrived so banged up, pieces of the rack were hanging out - it looked like it got left in the rain along the way. Second, there is no possible way we can figure out to rack 6 bikes on this thing. The product description said single-sided - that is impossible - the spaces are WAY too close together. We also tried it double-sided (which wouldnt work in the space we have to rack bikes anyway) but that didnt work either. And mountain bike tires dont even fit into the rack
