Despite its appearance this bottle will not fit in the average bicycle cage. I tried shoving it into place with two different bottle cages, one by Specialized and the other by Planet Bike. Within a few months both aluminum cages broke at the stress point. It also tends to collect road dirt, in and around the top, which can be difficult to clean. On: 2008-04-19
CamelBak has not yet replaced their bottles with BPA-free (non-leaching) materials. Anything with Lexan polycarbonate contains the BPA chemical they are saying is causing cancer and being pulled from the shelves of stores like Walmart. On: 2008-02-05
Ive been looking for just the right water bottle for a long time now. The screw top lids are loud when trying to get a sip in class, and hard to take off while driving or walking. The large open lids you cant drink from while moving or on a treadmill. The straw and mouth piece took a day to get used to but I love this feature. You dont have to tilt your head back to drink so if you are in class or driving you can keep your eyes forward. The lid is truly leak proof if you screw it on properly and the straw doesnt leak at all. The piece all come apart for easy cleaning. The 750 mL is the prefect size. It fits in my car cup holder and its not that heavy dragging around on my backpack. There are makings on the sides that are pretty accurate if you want to mix together one of those flavor packets to go. I clip it to my backpack with a rock climbing clip thing and the plastic hook is strong and wont wear out. On: 2008-01-20
These bottles are great. High quality. Love the straw which lets me drink without tipping my head back when I ride. On: 2007-08-31
This thing is great, it is a little smaller than most Nalgene type bottles so it fits in a cars cupholder. For the times you need a bigger bottle the lid fits on a regular 1 Litre Nalgene Bottle or something similar. The mouthpiece is the same leakproof design found on camelbak packs and you can use it to sip out of a straw or if you prefer remove the straw to tip and drink. It does not spill on you when you drink and is easy to carry. And on top of it all it looks cool. I love it. On: 2007-07-26
This is the best and only water bottle you will ever need. It is extremely durable (ive dropped mine countless times) and handy. It has a loop at the top in order to attach it to a bike or backpack. The squeeze straw feature allows you to take a drink without tipping your head back (which is critical if you are riding a bike or running). It looks very high-tech and everytime I use it outdoors, I get lots of people asking me where they can get one. I highly reccomend this product! On: 2007-06-27
