More Information

This is the best messenger bag ever made.     On: 2007-12-01

The title says it all. This bag is solidly-built, roomy, cool-looking and highly functional. It is especially great if you have a 15 inch widescreen laptop, like I do.
GREAT bag ... questionable quality ...     On: 2007-03-14

I love this bag! ... it holds my 17" MacBook Pro perfectly ...

However, the accessory pouch (which I use to hold my cell phone) at the base of the left strap has started to pull apart at the seam along the zipper as of a few days ago ...

Also, this mag is not a holds-everything bag ... if you have two laptops, a camera, lots of stuff ... this is not your bag ...

The bag is deep and wide, but it will not accomodate alot of stuff packed in that does not lay flat without distorting either the bag or your other cargo.

Finally, if you have gadgets, this is your best friend ... cell phone, iPod, PDA, laptop, a few CDs, file folders and your latest copy of Wired ... you are all set!
Great bag.     On: 2007-02-16

I picked up this bag for school/work to carry a laptop and some school books. The ONLY problem is carrying my 15.4 inch Gateway laptop I can only carry 1 school book. The construction is top notch and the pocket design and layout is great. One of my favorite features of the bag is the ability to access the main pouch without unbuckling the flap. Other than the little things I really like this bag.
Excellent laptop bag     On: 2007-01-11

Excellent construction, durable, lots and lots of pockets. Really a great design, lots of room for your laptop and books.
However, and this might seem obvious, if youre not going to be bringing your laptop with you, this can be kind of bulky to carry around with you. So this doesnt replace your bag unless youre always carrying a laptop. I think Ive got to go buy a small messenger bag for daily use...

15.4 inch screen fits great, with plenty of room left over.

This bag is ill, looks great and has exceptional functionality. The one and only drawback is the size. Once you freight it down with all your laptop peripherials it doesnt leave much room for anything in the way of file folders, day planners, or other business related materials. Overall though I am overjoyed with the functionality and will purchase a similar bag when (if) this bag wears out.

The quality is really good and the different spaces are very useful, for me the only problem was that it was quite bigger as I thought in the beginning, I was planing to use for the day to day, but I used it for travel and I truly recommend it for that purpose.

Dang nice bag     On: 2006-07-29

I bought this bag with one intent in mind. To carry it everyday but not necesarily with a laptop. its a very slim bag so do NOT buy this with the intent to carry large or numerous items. This bag is great at carrying a laptop a few papers magazine or two, a notebook plus various other smaller items like PDA, cell phone, iPod..

Various observations:
* The laptop zipper goes across the top of the bag and does not seem to be weather resistant. It is NOT covered by a flap.

* There are many small pockets under the flap that are well sized and great for small items, including one zipper pocket for change, keys etc.

* The sunglass pocket on the outside of the bag does NOT have a soft lining.

* The 2 beverage pockets on the outside are perfectly sized for a small umbrella.

All in all the bag is very well built and after carrying it for a few months I have seen absolutely no signs of wear and tear. The design of the straps are excellent and it lays against your body nicely instead of hanging away from it.

Good overall design, but kind of bulky.     On: 2005-10-12

The upsides:

1. The pockets are fantastic. Theres space for an ipod in the music compartment, and enough room to patch your headphones in without getting them caught on anything. The cell phone pocket is convenient, too. The best thing, however, is for frequent flyers-there is a boarding pass pocket on the back of the bag(the part closest to you) that you can easily slide a boarding pass in an out of. A major-time and hassle-saver for plane rides. Lots of space for pens and a PDA on the interior of the front flap.

2. The cushion for ones laptop is adequate.

The downside: Its a bit bulky, and doesnt naturally conform to your body easily. If you have back problems, then you may not want to get this bag. Other things to note: the straps are long, so if youre smaller than 56", the bag may not rest comfortably against your back without major (i.e., sewing) readjustment.

Definitely NOT the bag to buy if you are a bike courier, as there is no stablizer strap.
