This Giordana tight is of the highest quality fabric and construction and absolutley surpasses any tight Ive ever used. Although you may spend a bit more than planned, its well worth it. The warmth is phemominal, especially in tempermental New England climates. I dont feel any wind or chill through these tights even in teeth-chattering early morning temps and I dont overheat. At the end of my ride, Im not "peeling" myself out of my tights because theyre virtually dry and slip right off without tugging. I bought the Mens Large as I have great difficulty finding tights that are long enough without sacrificing a comfortable rise. The fit is increadibly comfortable with ample stretch that retains the length I demand as a tall, athletically built woman. These tights become part of you and youll barely realize theyre on. The shoulder straps and mesh panel along the spine are very comfortable without annoying pulling or digging and the waistline and body-hugging cut gently keeps jerseys in place without having to readjust during a ride. The form-fit and ample pad insert facilitates long rides without feeling bulky or becoming overly compressed. Im planning to ride throughout the cold season and this tight is already a ride-tested essential part of my protective clothing. Dont waste your time trying out lesser quality versions, like I did, only to be disappointed and have to send them back wasting valuable time and money on shipping costs.
