great with correct shoe

If you have the Izumi Pear Vagabond shoes, this clip is made for you. The shoes have a ridge on the toe with a depression on each side of it that fit perfectly into the clip. Much easier to get into than straps, but lock the shoe in laterally, while giving some backward resistance. Not for racers, but great for us avid amatuers.

Good for mountain-biking

These are good for what they are made for, which is mountain-biking, or just casual biking. You cant pull up, but your feet stay on the pedals through the bumps. Ive had mine for at least 5 years, still like them.

Do not buy

These clips are useless. The plastic is not nearly strong enough to handle the upward pull on them- and the clips deform easily. Get clips with a strap instead.

legs with power

It does more power to your legs it makes toes stay in place I got the large pair the women mite use a smaller size. You just got to get use of riding with them at first it hard but it takes time to get use of them. I give four stars because it hard at first but you can get use to them. It easy theres no stripes or them clips on shoes you got to wear for them clipless padles. It easy to put on your bike padle
