This bike is the kind you would see in a bike shop for over $300. It is a good bike for the money. I like the shifters, though the derailers needed adjustment when I got the bike and the instructions were very lacking. It is a high quality, aluminum frame bike that I would not have purchased if not for the price and the quality reputation that a Columbia bike has.
If the manufacturers include a more detailed instruction manual and a less generic version, which includes how to adjust the derailers, this bike would definitely be a 10. Overall I give it an 8, which, coming from me, is a great score.
