Would buy again!     On: 2008-05-18

Weve been on several rides with our 1 year old. Shes smaller for her age (both height/weight). For now, were going to wait until shes a little bigger to go on longer rides (over 3 miles) because of her height and the jostling that goes on during the ride. I believe the reason for her discomfort is the positioning of the straps against her head. They attach too high over her shoulders. Being a little taller will eliminate that.

As for the actual trailer, I was very pleased. Its visually appealing and seems to be built well after our several uses (mostly 2 mile rides). I was worried about the width of the trailer and ease of making it through openings and gates on trails. I have had no issues. While riding, there are no issues making tight right/left turns. I did find that the heal of my foot periodically hit the part of the trailer that connects to my bike. I would guess thats something common among all the trailers however. When the trailer is attached to your bike, you can even lay your bike down on the ground without detaching the trailer. There are no tools needed for assembly and it is very easy to set up (about 2 minutes if that) after youve done it once or twice. We own a Honda Civic and when folded up and wheels taken off, it fits EASILY in the trunk.

My one "complaint"/surprise with the purchase would be that I did not get the same silver-spoked wheels that are in the picture. My wheels have about 5 thick black hard plastic spokes. They look like I had rims put on my bike trailer. Haha. From what I can tell, they perform well.
Better than expected, well worth the value!     On: 2008-05-15

I bought this expecting a "you get what you pay for". But for the price you get much more with this trailer than similarly priced trailers. I researched lots of trailers from inStep, Schwinn, Giant, Burley, etc. and this one had the features I wanted for the best price.

Features I looked for:
seating 1 or 2 children
padded shoulder straps
20" wheels
light (20 lbs)
folds up compactly

Features I got in addition:
Stroller additions (bar and front wheel)

I would have given this trailer 5 stars, but the cover has these velcro strips that dont match up exactly to the velcro on the trailer. The 3 on the front match up, but the 2 on the sides dont quite work. There are 2 more velcro loops on each side near the top that hold everything in place plus two clips that hold the cover in the back. I had it out last night and there was no problems with the cover on a 17 mile ride.

Happy Riding!
Happier than I thought     On: 2007-06-20

After spending much time researching to find the "right" trailer for our family I kept coming back to this one. The only problem was I couldnt find any reviews on it and I wanted a trailer with a little bit of storage room. I finally called the makers. They gave me enough information that I decided to purchase it. After receiving, assembling and using it I have been very impressed. I didnt expect it to have as much storage as it does. It also has two little snack holders on the inside sides. The back storage is plenty big for a diaper bag and then some. We have even put several grocery bags in. I also couldnt tell from the picutres, but it does have a safety flag.
I have had a little bit of a hard time getting the Velcro to match up to hold the front flap down, some match and some dont. However, it is enough to be secure.
This trailer rides smooth and hooks up quickly. My little girl loves it.
I would definitely recommend this.
