Great tire; great price.

Im not sure what kind of roads the previous reviewer rides on or if the fault is with his tubes, but Ive been running this tire for two years now with great results. Only one flat has happened the whole time and that was a "goatshead" thorn I picked up on a trail that wouldve flattened pretty much any tire. I highly recommend this tire for economy and overall performance.

These are just terrible tires and flat more than any other tire Ive ever used. I got a pair on a new bike and they are flatting like crazy (I use correct pressure, am not heavy, and ride on clean roads). They essentially have no puncture protection at all and I have zero confidence in them now. Im replacing them with different tires. Id never, ever consider using these in a race longer than 1 mile because the odds say Ill lose time fixing a flat.

Actually its more like every second training ride, which is the frequency with which Ive been flatting on these.

I dont believe it. I think these flat more than if you simply duct taped tubes to your rims and didnt use tires altogether.

Id rather race on the incredibly heavy armadillos because at least I know Id not lose time to a popped tire.
