Mr. G is the true scammer according to all the transactions and correspondence from our record.
Here is his comment on Triton on 5/4 when he tested his first order:
We just received and tested our first two Tritons. Our compliments to you on a well engineered, nicely executed, deliriously fun product at a very affordable price. There are few inexpensive choices in the recumbent bicycle market. Tritons low price and low maintenance combined with the hundreds of miles of relatively flat public trails we have here in Arizona are a perfect match that has the potential to make Triton the next contagious rage to hit our desert market. We would love more information on how we can both benefit from the growth of this exciting product.
The first order of two Tritons has passed 30-day manufacturers warranty. In the event of any defective part occurs, we will replace the parts. If Mr. G wants to return the product, theres a 15% restocking fee according to our return policy.
The second order of two Triton Pro was received by Mr. G on 5/16. The defected part was immediately taken care of and the replacement part was shipped out the day we received Mr. Gs phone call. However, one of the spokes from the replacement was damaged in the shipping process. The second replacement was again immediately sent out. We have apologized for all the inconvenience and for the first defected part weve ever received from our customers.
As for the complaints from Mr. G regarding the safety issue, all the Triton and Triton pro parts have passed standard quality screen and safety tests. Since Mr. G has already sold the first two Tritons to his customers, we have not received any complaints regarding the spokes from his customers.
Regarding Mr. Gs complaint about not returning his phone calls or E-mails, this accusation is completely bogus. We have all the phone and E-mail records that are in hand ready for anyone to take a good look. We also have a toll-free number for customers to call in from 8am to 5pm PST. If you have any questions regarding this comment, youre welcome to call us as well.

Do not let him purchase your products and ask for a full refund after he has sold it to someone else. Then write an unethical, dishonest review on your page, try to pull down your reputation so that you would give him a full refund. Mr. G simply only enjoys free rides.

Our 4 trikes (2 - 16" Tritons, 2 - 20" Triton Pros) came direct from the manufacturer ASA Products - 3 out of 4 had defects including missing/broken spokes and a defective front wheel bearing that shot clumps of axle grease onto a brand new pair of shoes. If we had continued to ride SERIOUS INJURY would have resulted. The manufacturer sent us one replacement front wheel that had an obviously broken (at right angle) spoke that had been torn out of the wheel rim. We tried repeatedly to return the defective products. Now they wont even return our telephone calls or emails and we have had these Tritons less than the 30-day warranty period. They also SMELL really BAD (does NOT go away with time). Ride/buy at your own RISK!

I bought a triton for my niece and she loves it! She is 8 years old and feels special being the first one on the block with this cool cruiser. The unique steering makes it fun and exciting. It has been difficult to get her away from the tv to exercise, but with the triton, she has more fun cruising on her new triton! I am truly pleased with this fun three-wheeler!

I got this tricycle last year for exercise. It was fun and easy to ride comparing to my other bikes. For me the biggest plus is that I can ride on it much longer without hurting my butt. Once I can ride it as long as I want, I can exercise along the beach bike path for miles. It makes exercise more fun and more relaxing. I am so glad that I got it.
