Great shoes, if a little pricey.

These are great biking shoes. Being my first pair of road shoes, I wasnt sure what to look for, but these are very good beginning shoes. I bought these shoes at a local shop, so I paid a little more than I would have here. Ive gotten the impression that Sidi makes good shoes, but overprices them a bit. My brother was able to find road shoes for under $100 (Shimano SH-M075, and theyre pretty much the same shoe at a different price.

The little rubber pad at the heel of the shoe is nice for walking around after you dismount but if youre planning on doing a lot of walking after riding, bring another pair of shoes. The stiff soles of biking shoes dont lend themselves to comfortable walking.
