pretty good bike rack

We purchased the 5-bike rack and it is working out pretty well. It is challenging to get all the bikes on the rack only because of the way they make bike frames these days, but you can adjust the rack to hold the bike up in any different number of ways because of extra connecting straps and supports. The company sent the flag (which wasnt included in the original packaging)after we called their 800 number quickly and free of charge. The only problem with the rack is that when you travel on gravel or dirt roads, it bounces around quite a bit. Overall, it is a great product.
