![]() Cateye Vectra Wireless By: Cateye Average Rating: 3.5 Total Reviews: 3 More Information Good Entry Level Cyclecomputer This unit was easy to install and program. Wireless makes for a clean look. Functions dont include average speed which is actually a good thing for a winter single speed bike where getting there in one piece is a bigger priority. Eyes for Cat Eye Vectra Just recently purchased and began using this computer. I found it pretty easy to set up and install on my bike. Being wireless is a real bonus--no wires running everywhere that need to be zip-tied to the frame. Inexpensive and does exactly what I need it to do. Downsides? If youre looking for a computer to keep track of cadence, this isnt it. Also, it will take some getting used to determing which mode Im in since the little tiny letters that tell you which is which is, well, tiny. I need reading glasses and dont plan on wearing them when I cycle. What's my time? I cant believe they actually make a cyclocomputer that doesnt have elapsed time. Distance and time are the most important things. Anyway, set up was easy and it works great but without "time" its almost useless. So if you need "time" get the MC100W MICRO WIRELESS like I did,I is really good cylocomputer. The VECTRA is only good for a trainer. |
