Wicker basket arrived with broken pieces of wicker on the bottom of the basket. Was not damaged during shipping, it was packed very well. Returning the basket and will buy a sturdy metal one instead from Wal-Mart.

This basket is just great! Easy to install..You will need an allen wrench, and then it is simple. I like the fact that you can remove it whenever..Just the perfect accessory for my new cruiser!

I looked for a long time to find a basket suited for my retro style cruiser. This is fantastic. Perfect for trips to the farmers market, the park, or quick runs to the store. The fact that it easily unclicks from the harness makes the basket super user-friendly. I love that its natural fibers, but they are reinforced by a steel cage, which makes it pretty strong, and I hope, durable. We had a bit of trouble at first getting it onto the bike, as my boyfriend mounted it upside-down, but once that was fixed, its worked great!

I love how you can take it off. I carried it around like a purse in town like a dork but it came in handy. :)

I got it and it was really hard to attach and detach. Also, one of the handles broke off. I only had it for about a month!!

it looks really nice- but so far (and it has been a number of weeks) despite numerous attempts I cannot attach this to my bike. If it works out and I FINALLY get it attached I will come back and revise my review.

I got this for my Cairn Terrier (think Toto from "The Wizard of Oz") hes 20lbs a bit heavier than the basket allows but it works. Topher has to sit sideways since the basket is wider than it is longer, and I have to put a harness on him and strap him in. This is a lot chaper than the dog carrier specific basket which run $80. But if Topher was more of a jumper I would have gotten that one.
