Does what it says it does

If you experience numbness of the "crank n bearings" on your bike rides, you might want to give the ISM Adamo Road saddle a try. Im very happy with mine. The numbness issue was making want to ride less and less, which was frustrating. I tried some other anatomical saddles but they didnt really help. This one works - it takes all pressure off the soft tissues so that you supported solely by your sit bones. Your sit bones might be a little more sore than usual the first few rides, but youll adapt. The nose of this saddle isnt really wide, because this is actually a noseless saddle (if you line up the back of this seat with the back of a conventional seat, youll notice that this one is about an inch shorter). Because of this, make sure you mount it correctly (which tends to be a little farther back that you might guess). The result is that the family jewels float out ahead of the seat instead of riding on the (nonexistent) nose.

I love this seat - it allowed me to be excited about biking again.

The product delivers as promised. No numb bits and parts. Takes some getting use to though. Getting back in the saddle after standing is a pain due to its wider nose(?). There is a lot of pressure on the sits bones but it is worth it. Look great too.
