If your using the Camelbak the Big Bite Valve is great!! Highly recommend upgrading if your still using the old school round one this one is much easier to work with & has better flow. Would also recommend the L shaped Ergo Hydrolock if you dont already have one.

Made of good quality, however, it did not fit with my camelback, so make sure you see this is the right valve for your kind of camelback.
