I like this helmet design because its a light color, so its easily visible to motorists and wont overcook young heads in the bright sunlight, and it offers complete coverage. Doesnt sound like much in the way of criteria, but go ahead and search of a youth helmet and youll see how many skimpy or black (sheesh) helmets there are.
Also, I had no idea what pattern or design my son wanted on his helmet. And if I did, theres no guarantee that hed still like it 6 months from now. With these markers, he can personalize his helmet. And when hes ready, he can wash it off and color it again.
You might think that the marker would run off onto everything but it actually stays on really well without smearing.
