The light is very nice. I have only been using it about a month. It does perfectly for commuting home on my bike from work after dark in Mississippi. We are not a very bike friendly area due to the lack of educating the driving public on the rules of the road concerning bicycles. The light is super bright and makes me very visible for oncoming traffic. I have not been night riding for pleasure yet but look forward to it and know it will be more than adequate. I chose the light due to the fact of its brightness and the smart battery charge. I will know in a year or so if it was worth the price when I see if the battery holds up. I feel very confidant while riding my bike at night with it on.
