![]() NiteRider TL-5.0 Rear Safety Light 5 LED Average Rating: 4.0 Total Reviews: 1 More Information Perfect Commuter tail light This tail light is best value for money in its class. My criteria for selecting a tail-light was simple: * Multiple tail lights (just in case 1 failed) * Standard batteries (AAA/AA) preferably lighter AAA * Tool-free changing of batteries. * Reasonably bright * Easy dismounting for parking * Waterproof, light wt and economical (longer hours). The other models I compared it with were: * Blackburn Mars 2.0, Mars 3.0 * Planet bike superflash * Cat Eye TL-LD 1100 I did not like the blackburns esp., with battery mounting that required removing screws !! The CatEye TD-LD1100 s weight with its AA batteries was prohibitive. Planet bike super flash with just 3 leds was a bit pricey and not solid enough for me. That left me this this choice and I am glad I did :) Perfect Commuter tail light This tail light is best value for money in its class.
