Not a lot of thought in the design

When youre shopping for a bag this small you dont expect much, which is sort of the point. A minimalist bag with just enough space to carry the essentials. When I mounted this bag to my seat I spent 10 minutes thinking I must have something wrong but no, the straps are just too long with not enough Velcro for a bag this small. When you go to cinch up the strap you realize that the Velcro areas dont match up and the only way to hold it on is with the bag sagging way down low. Since there is only an inch of Velcro this doesnt make for a secure mounting with the bag swinging back and forth. How difficult is it to make a simple bag like this that attaches correctly? Apparently way over the heads of the same company that managed to master alum/carbon hybrid frame design.
