disappointment

Upon receiving the bicycle, the color and the style are already different from what the seller posted. And some of the parts are damaged upon unpacking the products.(The gear-changed is already broken and that should cost me extra more bucks to fix it). Also, the packing way is extremely bad and there is no good protection on the product. I have taken the pictures of the damaged parts of the bicycle and also the pictures of the awful package and show them to the seller. But the seller only said this is not his problem and I heard nothing from him till now.
