Works perfectly

I needed a bike cable thin enough to go through my bike seat bars but long enough to work with the odd proportions of my folding bike. This worked out perfectly. Im quite pleased.

Just right, great price

This is a great light-weight plastic coated cable. Theres no way I would use it to secure a $1500 bike in New York City, but I think its prefect for locking my $100 bike rack to my car so I dont have to store it in the trunk. You cant beat the price.

Looks good, didn't use

I ordered these to secure some equipment and didnt end up using them. The product I received was exactly as described and I didnt notice any flaws in the plastic cable cover or the clasp at the end. This cable is lightweight, so its only a mild deterrent, but was appropriate for what I was securing. Does not include a lock.

Easier than a self-coiling cable.

If somebody has cable cutters, and wants my bike, this cable can be cut more easily than a thicker diameter cable, but Ill take that risk. This cable is MUCH easier to use than a self-coiling cable, and is flexible enough to wrap around a seat-post or coil into a backpack with a few flicks of the wrist. If youve ever worked a self-coiling cable through a spoked wheel, youll understand why a nice, straight but flexible cable is WAY easier to get through your wheels and frame. If you have more than 2 bikes to lock together, get 2 of these cables and one padlock, and youre covered. I recommend this.

Solid locking cable at a great price point

This is really a no frills locking cable. I didnt purchase this for my bike however. This is for my Pelican 1610 camera case Pelican 1610 Watertight Hard Case with Dividers & Wheels - Black when I am on location and shooting an event. This gives me the ability to lock the case to a solid object making my case a less attractive target for the thief to grab and go.

protect your bike seat

my seat has not been stolen (again) since I started using this product. I also use it to secure my front tire.
