fit ok for hybride bike with 700 wheel

Rack came a little bend. It fit ok to hybrid bike with 700 wheel.
I even used it to give ride to the kids (about 60lb).
it does not have a spring or something to hold panniers, or something to keep big rack bag, but one can put them anyway using rubbers or hooks or belts.

Cheap, Light, and Sturdy

I bought this rack at a local bike shop and am very happy with the purchase. It is very light and is rated to hold 40kg/88lbs. This is significantly better than what I found at Dicks which was very heavy and mounted to the seat-post, didnt hold nearly as much weight, and was more expensive. They only sell the seat-post mounted racks at Dicks, I assume because the installation can be slightly tricky for this type.

Youll notice the mounting brackets in the picture.. check to see if your bike has holes for all four screws. Mine did not, but the bike shop I went to gave me some extra hardware to properly mount this rack to my bike.

Too short

This is a nice rack (always like saying that!) but the stays (legs) are too short to fit my bike - a Giant Cypress DX hybrid with 700mm tires. I ordered 2 of these, one black for my daughters 26" Schwinn, and one silver for my Giant.

The rack is very lightweight but very strong, and it looks nice on the 26" bike, but because the stays are about 1" too short, it hits the tire on the 700cm bike. The stay length is advertised as 354mm, but its more like 348mm to the bottom of the rack - its simply too short to fit a 700mm diameter tire.

If you have a 26" bike, I can recommend this rack without hesitation, but its too short to clear larger tires. I gave it 5 stars because it is a very good product, just doesnt work with my bike.

This is a great bike rack, and rather in expensive! I would reccomend this to anyone.

Beautiful and Strong

This is very beautiful. Its as light as they say, and its quite strong. The surprise is that its so good looking. Its pretty enough for the cruiser, light enough for the road bike (Giant OCR), and strong enough for the tour bike. Amazing!
