More Information

Simply awesome     On: 2009-07-16

Weve been using our City Mini for 4 months now, and absolutely LOVE it. The only feature you need to know about is the one-handed folding mechanism. Once you see how easy it is to fold, you wont consider any other strollers. When youre juggling a squirmy baby in one arm, its a lifesaver to be able to effortlessly fold the stroller with just one hand.
To give you a sense of how compact this stroller becomes when folded,
we were able to send it through an airport X-ray machine with no problem.

We purchased the car seat adapter and parent console, both of which I would highly recommend.

Couple of minor blemishes on what is otherwise an amazing little stroller:
1) The 3-wheeled design isnt as stable as a 4-wheel design, but as long as youre not turning corners at 100 mph, its not an issue
2) With the car seat adapter attached, folding is a little more awkward, but for an older baby who doesnt need the adapter, this is also not an issue.
3) The storage net underneath the seat is on the small side

I will also add that this is the lightest stroller we tried out when looking at dozens of different models. All in all, I cant say enough
good things about the City Mini.
Love the stroller, but not the accessories     On: 2009-01-08

I love love love this stroller. It folds very easily (which is great when living in the city and you need to get on the bus or in a taxi quickly), you can steer it easily with one hand (which is a problem with Maclaren), its a smooth ride and has the worlds greatest sun shade!

However, for all the thought that went into the design of the stroller, the accessories kind of stink... Theyre either not designed for this model stroller or cheaply done with little thought of use. For example, I bought the parent console and the little pouches are too small to hold a wallet. And I tried the umbrella holder, but doesnt fit on the handle unless I cut off part of the padding. And the umbrella is so huge that you cant keep open while walking in city streets.
