No need for carbon - easy in, easy out!

I am very happy with these bike shoes:
1) They are nicely made with precise stitchings.
2) Very stiff.
3) Just minor weight difference to the carbon sole model.
4) Well designed with air holes, which can be covered by a 2nd pair of "winter" soles coming with the package.

There are just 2 minor things I would like to be improved:
1) The velcro straps slip very easily out of the metal clip - thats a hassle if it happens when you jump on your bike barefoot and try to slip in the shoes already riding.
2) The reflective straps at the back of the shoes are a little to big for my taste - I want less weight ;-) .
