Although these tubes are four times as expensive as butyl tubes, they last a long time. They also seem to make the tire more responsive. I have ridden thousands of miles on the same pair of tubes, changing tires and they are still excellent. the only caveat is that you have to pump them up every time you go out, a task I had to do anyway. Im getting more of these so I have them on hand. One other thing, you cant patch these, so use your old butyl tubes as spares.
