First, try moving the seat forward

1 Loosen the seat nut

2 Push the seat forward

3 Tighten the nut


Next, try moving the handlebars closer to you. Do one of these

1 Raise the handlebars

2 Attach a stem extender, a device that raises the handlebars even higher.

3 Replace the handlebar stem with one less riser length and height.
