The Jamis Comet has a triple-butted 7005 Aero shaping aluminum frame.
The fork is a Reynolds Ouzo Comp with carbon fiber blades w/ integrated
alloy steerer. The wheels are Mavic Ksyrium Elite 700C with Ultegra hubs.
The rest of the componets are Ultegra with a Aero carbon fiber post, Selle
Italia XO saddle and a Cane Creek Zero Stack headset. The weight of this
good looking bike is 18lbs without pedals.

For 2002 the new Eclipse is lighter and faster thanks from the full carbon
Reynolds Ouzo Pro fork and Mavic's Ksyrium SL wheels. The frame is Reynolds
853 seamless air-hardened chromoly main tubes, double tapered cromo stays,
lost wax dropouts. The groupo is Ultegra with a Thomson post and Selle
Italia saddle. The bike without pedals weighs 18 lbs.

The Dakar Pro from Jamis is a race ready full suspension bike. For 2002
the main pivot bearings are sealed, the rear shock (Fox Float RL) now
has compression lock-out fore andaft, and a Thomson Elite stem comes standard.
The fork is a Manitou Mars Super with 80mm travel. The wheels are Mavic
CrossRoc UST tubeless. Other components are XTR and XT with Time Atac
pedals. The weight is 25.75 lbs.
